We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any business listing. Always verify contact details and credentials with the business directly before engaging their services.
Every business listed on the Site is an independent third party. The Site is a directory and information service only. We do not employ, control, supervise, train or manage any listed business, and a listing on the Site does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or warranty of any kind regarding that business, its operators, its work, its products or its services.
Important. LocalDrivingSchool.com is not a party to any agreement between you and a home services professional or any other business listed on the Site. Any contract for goods or services is made directly between you and the business you choose to engage.
We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, defect, dispute, financial loss or other harm arising from work carried out, services provided, advice given, products sold, or representations made by any business listed on the Site - whether that business is verified, featured, recommended, paid or unpaid. Any complaint, claim, refund request or dispute must be raised directly with the business concerned.
Where we display a verification badge (for example “ID Verified” or “Trust Verified”), the badge indicates only that we have completed specific checks at a point in time. Circumstances change, and we cannot guarantee that a business’s qualifications, insurance, registration, ownership, conduct or standards remain current. A verification badge is not a guarantee of the quality, reliability, safety, or outcome of any work performed.

We do not independently verify individual reviews and we make no representation about their accuracy. Reviews can be removed, edited or contested by the originating platform at any time.
Our rankings are editorially independent. While businesses may pay to enhance their profile or improve their position within a ranking tier (Listed, Featured or Recommended), the underlying ranking methodology is not influenced by commercial relationships. Paid placements are disclosed via tier labels on listings. A higher ranking position is not a guarantee of suitability for your specific job and does not relieve you of your due-diligence responsibilities under Section 5.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of listed businesses. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of those sites and your use of them is at your own risk.
All original content on the Site, including editorial copy, design, methodology and rankings, is owned by LocalDrivingSchool.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written consent, except for brief quotations with attribution.
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, security, or freedom from viruses, errors or interruptions. If you have had a poor experience with a listed business, we encourage you to let us know. While we cannot mediate disputes or compel a business to act, repeated, credible reports may lead us to suspend a listing or remove a verification badge. Reporting a concern to us does not replace your right to pursue the business directly through small-claims court, trading standards, your card issuer’s chargeback process, or any other route available to you.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
